CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. All pricing per quotation or invoice stated exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
2. No work will commence until payment received as per quotation or invoice.
3. Unless stated, all prices exclude delivery and are ex-works.
4. The price(s) reflected in quotations are valid for a period of 30 (Thirty) days from the date thereof.
5. All goods covered by quotation or invoice remain the property of IqTelemetry until payment has been received in full.
6. All intellectual property covered by quotation or invoice remain the property of IqTelemetry.
7. Should there be any request to deviate from the quotation or invoice by the client, the price(s) and lead time(s) may be subject to change.
8. All lead time(s) stated per quotation or invoice are subject to material availability and current factory loading at time of placement of official order.
9. No work will commence prior to receiving an official order in writing by e-mail. Should a pre-payment be requested, no work will commence prior to receiving this, and proof of payment being e-mailed to our accounts department for verification.
